PUEBLO, Colo. (February 21, 2012) -  Time is running out to become a Back Seat Buckers stock contractor.

There are just 10 ownership spots still available for the inaugural season, which features half a million dollars in prize money. The draft, where owners will select their bulls, will take place in 10 days at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

"If you want to be a part of Back Seat Buckers, you need to do it today," said American Bucking Bull Inc. (ABBI) Executive Director Kaycee Simpson. "We wanted anyone to be able to get in on the rush of owning a competitive bucking bull, and we've had people from all walks of life join. I'm excited that we now have everyone from PBR fans to sports celebrities to folks who see it as a good business opportunity involved with the program. We're thrilled with the response from the public."

Back Seat Buckers is a groundbreaking program developed by Professional Bull Riders (PBR) and ABBI that allows anyone to own a competitive bucking bull and become a stock contractor. There were 100 spots total in the program of elite Futurity bulls. As of 3 p.m. today, there are 10 spots left.

John Elway, Wayne Gretzky, Reggie Jackson, Chad Ochocinco and Bear Pascoe are among some of the better-known owners involved with the program. Back Seat Buckers owners will be drafting their bulls on March 3 before the PBR's Dickies© Iron Cowboy Invitational III. The event will also feature country music superstar Dierks Bentley.
